The cartoon comes as the ANC and several of its allies have been accused of attacking the judiciary as the ANC leader waits to hear if the corruption charges against him will be thrown out.
Jonathan Shapiro says he feels Zuma and his supporters are trying to rape the judicial system and the tenets of the constitution.
He believes Zuma and the ANC should apologise for attacking the judiciary.
The ANC’s Jessie Duarte has questioning the Sunday Times decision to publish the cartoon.
