Kusasa Entertainment regrets to announce that the scheduled tour of international singer Julio Iglesias will be postponed due to circumstances beyond their control.
The tour, in association with Talk Radio 702 and 567 CapeTalk, was due to kick-off in Johannesburg on Saturday 8 December, through to Friday 14 December 2007, will now commence on Sunday 20 January 2008 and run to 26 January.
According to an official statement released by Julio Iglesias’s office, it is with great regret that the last two territories of his remaining 2007 touring dates will have to be rescheduled to January 2008 due to personal developments which make it impossible for Mr Iglesias to travel to the United Arab Emirates and South Africa at this time.
“I understand that many fans will be frustrated by this further postponement of the concert, but I’d like to assure everybody that I will definitely be coming to your country early in the new year and apologies to my thousands of fans that have waited patiently for my arrival in your country,” said Iglesias. “I am really looking forward to visiting South Africa for my first tour to the country ever.”
