Tom London Says Goodbye To Talk Radio 702

Thursday, 22 November 2007

Talk Radio 702 today announced that radio presenter, Tom London, will be leaving the stations at the end of December to pursue other opportunities.

Tom joined Talk Radio 702 in 2001 as an overnight presenter and a few years later began hosting his own show each night between 9pm and 12 midnight, simulcast on 567 CapeTalk.

Says station manager, Pheladi Gwangwa, “Tom has been a valuable asset to the station and is well-liked by the listeners. He has contributed to the success of the station and has always been a pleasure to work with. However, we understand he needs to pursue other interests. We wish him all the luck in his endeavours.”

Talk Radio 702 have not, as yet, appointed a replacement for the 9pm to midnight slot.
