Over the last 18 years Pavlo has developed direct experience in company start-ups, accelerating growth in early-stage businesses, company turnarounds and building companies for exit and sale. This experience led him to establish Aurik Business Incubator, an organisation that works with the entrepreneurs of early-stage businesses to grow them into assets of value. The success of his activities in this field has seen over R1,2bn of value brought into the SA equity markets. Whilst Pavlo graduated with a B.Com degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Town in 1991, a Marketing Management Diploma from Damelin in 1994 and an MBA (Finance and Marketing) from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2001, Pavlo says his true understanding of entrepreneurship and business development comes from direct experience in conceptualising, building and selling businesses
