A five-year study conducted in the UK shows cycling can reduce your risk of cancer and heart disease.

A major study in the UK reveals that people who ride to work live longer and have a smaller chance of getting cancer.

The five-year study which involved 250,000 UK commuters, compared people who had an active commute with those who were mostly sedentary.

It goes on to state that walking has better benefits than sitting on public transport or taking the car.
