Opposition party leaders, organisations, analysts and other political figures have responded on Twitter to the election of Cyril Ramaphosa as incoming ANC president.
The ANC's new top six was announced on Monday evening at the ANC’s 54th national conference to elect new party leadership.

UDM leader Bantu Holomisa and others have congratulated Ramaphosa, while some including trade unionist Zwlinzima Vavi have slammed the top six line-up.
