EOH to use R1bn from stake sale to black investors for acquisitions and debt

Ray White (in for Bruce Whitfield on The Money Show) interviews EOH Holdings CEO, Stephen Van Coller.

EOH Holdings on Wednesday reported an 8% rise in normalised revenue to R16.28 billion for the year to 31 July 2018.

Normalised operating profits came in at R1.19 billion.

Headline earnings per share and earnings per share were 278 cents and 202 cents respectively.

The company plans to use R1 billion it got from selling a stake to black investors to pay for acquisitions and to decrease its bank debt.
