The fact that you have a career doesn't mean that you don't have to do all the things that women who don't work have to do. I think that the double shift is an enormous burden on women. I think once upon a time it was considered sort of clever and sexy to be balancing the two, I think now what's recognised is that it is hard work and exhausting.Barbara Creecy, Environmental Affairs Minister
