'Life made more sense under Jacob Zuma,' caller tells Eusebius
Callers on the Eusebius McKaiser Show discuss the state of the country and how they are frustrated by it.
Themba from Soshanguve says the economy was growing under former president Jacob Zuma and load shedding was better.
I was just looking at the state of the country and the economy and I made a bit of comparison. Is our country growing pre-Jacob Zuma and post-Jacob Zuma? I see there is a new state capture emerging.
Themba, Caller
When he was the president, the number of load shedding was limited, the economy was growing. Now we have over 11,000 load sheddings, the economy is shrinking and shrinking. I'm not a fan of JZ but life made sense under JZ.
Themba, Caller
We have a president that is so absent and in the face of such absence, it kind of seems things were better under JZ but I don't agree with that statement. The president is like an absent dad who shows up from time to time to say well done my kid but surprised when there is no food in the fridge.
Tsholofela, Caller
Life made more sense during Jacob Zuma. Themba from Soshanguve.

I am on the floor with laughter @Eusebius 😂. I love the #702OpenLine
@Eusebius Cyril was part of the Zuma crew as well. Thing's got out of hand when he was deputy president. He is no saint #702OpenLine
