Eskom warns that the power system is constrained
Eskom warned in a statement on Wednesday that the power system was severely constrained after the return to service of five generation units was delayed while another two tripped.
The power utility urged the people to reduce electricity consumption to help it power the country through the evening peak.
The return to service of two generation units at Tutuka power station and one unit each at the Duvha, Matimba and Kusile power stations had been delayed, it said.
