How to keep (your) cool during this heatwave
While children tend to suffer a lot of discomfort during a heatwave, adults also behave differently when the weather is sweltering. Adults apparently tend to be more aggressive, irritable, violent and sluggish during a heatwave.
In his interview with Stephen Grootes, Clinical Psychologist, Dr Eddie Wolff shared some tips on how to manage your temperature (and emotions) during this heatwave.
