• The competition will run from Friday 10 November 2023 to Friday 01 December 2023 on 702.

• To enter the competition, you need to complete the online form on this page.

• Listeners need to nominate a Charity/Nonprofit Organisation which operates within their communities, the Charity/Nonprofit Organisation needs to be seeking assistance.

• From 27 November until Friday 01 December 2023, one Charity/ Nonprofit Organisation will be awarded with a prize valued at R30 000. The goods won will be delivered at the Charity/Nonprofit Organisation daily from Monday 27 November.

• The judge’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

• The prize is not negotiable, and not transferrable.

• The prizes will be distributed as soon as the winner’s required details are received and to be processed within 21 working days from completion of the competition.

• PRIMEDIA BROADCASTING and Spar will not be held responsible for SMS charges, data charges or phone costs incurred while participating in this competition.

• PRIMEDIA BROADCASTING and Spar will not be held liable for entries not received for any reason whatsoever and will not be responsible for network connectivity or hardware issues experienced while participating.

• In the event that a winner cannot be successfully contacted, is ineligible to accept the prize, or contravenes the terms and conditions of this competition or of PRIMEDIA BROADCASTING and Spar the prize will be forfeit.

• PRIMEDIA BROADCASTING and Spar will notify the winner from where and when the prize can be accessed.

• PRIMEDIA BROADCASTING and Spar reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the promoter.

• Employees of PRIMEDIA BROADCASTING and Spar and their immediate family and friends, are not permitted to enter the competition.

• If a winner chosen does not comply with the abovementioned, their entry will be disqualified, and a new winner will be chosen by PRIMEDIA BROADCASTING and Spar.
