What in the world happened to: The Presidential Hotline
Xolani Gwala tracks down the Presidential Hotline (launched in 2009) - a service for members of the public to raise their concerns about the service they are receiving from government departments and agencies. He spoke to the Head of the Presidential Hotline, Bernadette Leon, who assured Xolani that the hotline still exists and has been successful.
We're in our 5th year and we've logged more than 200 000 complaints and queries over the 5 years - 90% of which have been resolved.
