Siempo replaces your phone's home-screen and removes all distractions such as pop-up alerts and notifications, according to your custom settings.
Statistics indicate that the app has the potential to reduce daily smartphone usage by 30%, Anastasiou advises.
Siempo is currently only available for Android users.
There's a dopamine-driven feedback loop that creates the cycle of smartphone addiction.
