AeroBuddies makes maths and science fun for kids
AeroBuddies is a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math’s (STEM) education enrichment company.
They provide aviation and aeronautics inspired lessons for learners of all grades. Their programs include Edu-Flight Simulation, Rocketry, Aeromodelling, Math Buddies and Robotics. Basically, kids learn to fly simulators similar to how a pilot learns to fly a real airplane, they design, build and launch rockets and airplane models.
Our fun filled learning approach allows students to grasp concepts that are critical to life and academic success in a way that feels like playing.

Joseph Phalwane, founder, AeroBuddies programme
Phalwane says South Africa has been lowly ranked particularly for maths and science so he uses his programmes to help change his learners attitudes towards maths and science.
Our focus is not just academic excellence, but also an all-round development of the student's personality.
Joseph Phalwane, founder, AeroBuddies programme
Through his love for education and teaching youngsters how to enjoy maths and sciences, Phalwane has landed a spot in the 2017 Sage Small Business Awards with 702.
