Mzansi Auto Glass: Cracked windscreens fixed on the trot

11 September 2017 6:03 PM

MD Armstrong Ncgobo says customer convenience means not making them waste time by waiting around.

Armstrong Ncgobo, managing director of Mzansi Auto Glass says relationships with insurance companies is key to bringing in business in this industry.

Ncgobo says the company brings convenience to clients.

When you drive around, there are lots of roadworks, and so obviously we deal a lot with windscreen replacements.

Armstrong Ncgobo, managing director of Mzansi Auto Glass

But because they know clients are busy during the day, Mzansi Auto Glass sends the mobile unit to them.

For example, if you are in studio and have a cracked windscreen, we send technicians and they will sort out your car and you don't have to wait at a fitment centre.

Armstrong Ncgobo, managing director of Mzansi Auto Glass

It will save you hours of waiting time, he says.

We have demonstrated for the past six years...how we have grown. I now employ ten people.
